Dr. Daniel Rubin brings a warm and dedicated approach to eye care at Little Lake Family Eye Care. He began his academic journey at York University, earning a Specialized Honours degree in Biology, and went on to achieve his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2015. Dr. Rubin's perseverance and dedication were recognized with the prestigious RACH memorial award for his remarkable courage and strength.
Throughout his studies, Dr. Rubin gained extensive clinical experience through various internships in Toronto, focusing on ocular diseases like macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. He has a keen interest in ocular disease, pediatrics, and contact lens fitting and care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Rubin enjoys a vibrant family life with his wife and two sons. He loves to immerse himself in music, acting, and singing, and he cherishes spending time outdoors. Dr. Rubin looks forward to meeting patients of all ages and providing them with high-quality, personalized eye care.
